Cooking has always made my day. Even on my worst days if i cook something it gives me immense pleasure.
Even though I am not a great cook... But i love whatever I cook even if it is just an experiment.
The first time I cooked, it was not at all god but still my parents ate that!

I have been following the cooking site of Sanjeev Kapoor. He is one of the best Chef of Indian Cuisine and also author of numerous best selling cook books.
For this reading post I decided to go ahead and write about my love for cooking!

One of the best cuisines in India is Punjabi food, and that too with main ingredient as Paneer(a form on Curd cheese with origins in South Asia). These dishes are mainly extremely spicy. You will be surprised with the variety of different dishes that can be prepared with this Paneer.

I might sound like a lover of paneer, but the truth is that paneer is definitely tasty!!
